I recently went to the Smashing Conference in Oxford, and came back inspired and energised. I was probably more active on Twitter over two days than I had been over the past two months.
Particular highlights for me were Zoe Mickley Gillenwater on Flexbox, and Andrew Clarke on the value of questioning everything.
Lea Verou’s talk on colour was mind-boggling, but one part of it that I could get my head around was her CSS-based slideshow system, and I used it to knock together this presentation for my colleagues at our regular lightning talks:
