I built this simple running pace chart because every other pace calculator I found online was too complex for me to read on my phone. I wanted a straightforward chart showing a range of running paces and a range of finish times for common event distances: 5k, 10k, half marathon and full marathon.
No greater mistake can be made than to imagine that what has been written latest is always the more correct; that what is written later on is an improvement on what was written previously; and that every change means progress.
